Our Return and Refund Policy

At Hazel & Pip we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

60-Day Return Policy

We offer a 60-day window for you to return your items, starting from the day your delivery arrives on your doorstep.

Damaged, Faulty, Missing Parts or Incorrect Items Sent

Please check your delivery as soon as it arrives. On the off chance that something arrives incorrectly (damaged, faulty, missing parts or we have sent the wrong item) then contact us at info@hazelpip.co.uk. Providing your name, order number and a brief description or photo of the issue. We’ll take care of the rest. We will respond within 1 business day with further instructions on how to return the item.

You will not incur any additional shipping costs if your item arrives with missing parts, is damaged, faulty or if we have sent the wrong item.

If Anything Breaks in the First 60 Days

If an item is faulty or breaks during use within the first 60 days, let us know, we’ll take care of it. You won’t need to worry about shipping costs and we’ll send out a replacement or issue a refund within 2 business days of receiving your return.

Exchanges

We are unable to offer direct exchanges. However, you’re welcome to return the item for a full refund and place a new order if needed. As long as the item is unused, with tags and in its original packaging, you’re welcome to return it within 60 days for a full refund. Please note that you’ll need to cover the return shipping cost.

For items over £20 we recommend using a tracked service or purchasing insurance to make sure your return arrives safely.

Cancel Your Order

If your order hasn’t been dispatched we’ll issue a full refund. If it’s already on its way you can still return it under our usual 60-day policy, just remember that return shipping costs will apply.

How to Return

If you need to send something back or report a fault, simply drop us a line at info@hazelpip.co.uk and we’ll reply within 1 business day to guide you through the process. Here’s what we’ll need to get started:

  • Your name or the email you used when ordering
  • The order number
  • The reason for the return
  • If there’s a problem with your product, please share a photo or write a description of the issue.

Processing Your Return

Once we receive your returned item please allow up to 2 business days for us to process your return.

Refunds

We’ll let you know once we’ve inspected your return, if approved, your refund will be processed and sent to your original payment method within 2 business days of receiving your item. Please note that depending on your bank the funds may take additional time to appear.

Missing Refunds

Please check with your bank or credit card company if you haven’t received your refund within 5 business days after our confirmation. If it still hasn’t arrived reach out to us and we’ll investigate.
